Client Delivery Manager


This Client Delivery Manager role sits within our conversational AI (Chatbots) division at, and will be based in our UK team. The Client Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in our mission to enable applied artificial intelligence by ensuring that we deliver great services and solutions to our clients, liaising between them and the delivery team and managing project budgets. As a Client Delivery Manager, you’ll:

  • Coordinate internal resources and any third parties during the execution of projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop proposals, project scopes and objectives, including technical feasibility
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of software development, web and machine learning technologies (direct technical experience not required but we’ll need you to know what you’re talking about!)
  • Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively


  • 1+ years as a project manager in a digital agency, tech startup or management consultancy
  • Entrepreneurial experience a plus
