Client Delivery Manager


The Client Delivery Manager role sits within the Solutions function at, and will be based in our Toronto office. The Client Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in our mission to enable applied artificial intelligence by ensuring that we deliver great services and solutions to our clients, liaising between them and the delivery team and managing project budgets. As a Client Delivery Manager, you’ll:

  • Coordinate internal resources and any third parties during execution of projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop proposals, project scopes and objectives, including technical feasibility
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

You’ll report into our Global CCO with a dotted line into the GM North America, but will work closely with other teams within

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of software development, web and machine learning technologies (direct technical experience not required but we’ll need you to know what you’re talking about!)
  • Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively


  • 2-3 years as a project manager in a digital agency, production company or tech startup
  • Entrepreneurial experience a plus
