Location: Toronto, ON, Canada – Currently Remote due to the pandemic.

The Marketing and Operations Analyst role sits within the Operations function at Filament AI, and will be based in our Toronto office. The Marketing and Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in our mission to enable applied artificial intelligence by growing Filament’s brand presence and corporate image, creating vital marketing and outreach campaigns, and streamlining operations in our office.

As a Marketing and Operations Analyst, you’ll work on:

• Driving our marketing and operations-related actions by coordinating the required activities among our team members 
• Supporting our digital marketing strategy with content creation and campaign execution
• Supporting day to day office operations including administrative and finance tasks 
• Other administrative tasks as needed

You’ll report into our Head of Finance, but will work closely with other teams within Filament AI.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Self-directed and able to complete tasks independently and with attention to detail
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects across a range of functions 
• Positive team player attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever required
